How can I place a balloon order?

Place your orders directly online, where you can select from our most popular packages, choose your preferred colour scheme, and customize your message—all with ease.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer balloon delivery within Toronto and the GTA (Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough).

Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday between 11 AM and 6 PM, and Saturday & Sunday between 11 AM and 3 PM. We strive to meet your delivery needs but cannot guarantee exact times.

Same-day balloon delivery is available Tuesday to Friday for orders placed before 11 AM.

Please contact us directly at 416-243-2373 if you are looking to place an order for same day delivery outside of the mentioned time-frames.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery fees are determined by postal code. If your postal code is not accepted during checkout, please contact us at 416-243-2373. Kindly verify that the delivery address is correct prior to completing your order. If orders cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses additional fees may apply.

Do you offer in-store pick-up?

We offer free in-store pickup at UNIT 1 - 65 Densley Avenue, Toronto.

For online balloon orders, you'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup hours for balloon orders are Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM; Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM; Sunday from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday.

For same-day pickup requests after the cutoff or on Saturdays and Sundays, please contact us directly at 416-243-2373.

How long do your balloons last?

Float time for helium-filled latex balloons depends on their size. We treat all of our latex balloons with Hi-Float, which is a solution to extend their float time. On average you should expect a minimum of 1-3 days life span. But due to the unknown once the balloons are picked up or delivered we only guarantee the balloons for the day of pick up/delivery.

When possible we recommend scheduling delivery or pick up on the day of your event to ensure your balloons look their best!

To maximize the lifespan of your balloons, please remove them from their bags as soon as possible and keep them indoors and away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and rough surfaces. If your event in outdoors, please keep them indoors for as long as possible and try to display them in a cool and shaded area for the longevity of your balloons.

Helium is affected by temperature and humidity, causing it to shrink in the cold and expand in the heat, which can impact your balloons. In cold temperatures, foil balloons may look slightly deflated but will expand once brought back to room temperature. In hot temperatures, helium expands, which may cause your balloons to pop. Latex balloons will oxidize in warm weather and direct sunlight, changing from a shiny, glossy appearance to a matte finish.

We do not recommend leaving balloons outdoors in extreme heat or cold. Please note that if kept outside, your balloons will move with the wind.

Due to the nature of balloons, we are not responsible for their lifespan once they leave our store or have been delivered.

What type of balloons do you use?

We are proud to use 100% natural biodegradable latex balloons, which break down under normal environmental conditions. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be reused or returned to our stores for recycling, just like our balloon weights.

Can I customize the message or design on my balloon?

Absolutely! Every aspect of your balloon order can be fully customized. For personalized balloon services that cannot be ordered online, please contact us directly. We’d be happy to discuss options with you.

Do you provide balloon installations for events?

Yes, we provide balloon installations for events of all sizes, from large-scale gatherings to intimate celebrations! Our services include full, onsite custom installations for private events, birthdays, showers, weddings, corporate parties, brand activations, and more. We offer organic balloon garlands, balloon walls, ceiling installations, and prop rentals, all tailored to your unique needs. We also coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Can you fill balloons I already have?

Unfortunately, we do not fill balloons that are brought in from outside. This policy helps ensure the highest quality for our customers, since we cannot guarantee the condition of the balloons or offer replacements if there are defects.

Do your balloons come with a weight and in a bag?

All of our helium balloon bundles include a weight, except when ordering individual ceiling balloons. Each weight is custom-matched to complement your selected bundle.

All of our balloon orders are packaged in clear balloon bags for easy transportation, whether you are picking up in-store or having your order delivered.

What are your payment options for balloon orders?

For balloon orders placed online, we accept Visa payments. For orders placed in person, by phone, or through email, we accept payments via e-transfer, credit card, debit card, and cash.

How can I make changes to or cancel my order?

To make changes to or cancel your order, please email us at hello@confettimyparty.com or call us at 416-243-2373. Ideally, we require a 48-hour notice, but we understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on balloon orders. If you need to cancel your order, we will gladly issue store credit for the full amount.
